*Juveniles born in 1991 will be 20. This will be their overage year.
They can still play Juvenile but there can only be six 20 year-old players per team max.

NEW PLAYERS must supply a copy of their Birth Certificate
If you have previously played hockey and have moved from another Centre or Town a Residential Transfer Form and it's supporting documents must be supplied at time of registration. A Residential Transfer form is not required for moves within the boundaries of the PSMHA
Players wishing to tryout for AAA will require a Permission to Skate Form from Port Stanley Minor Hockey Please contact PSMH president@psmha.com to obtain a form. Please note Permission to Skate Forms will not be issued until the players is registered with PSMHA.
